IF your PC/Workstation has a RAID1 configuration built (Disk Mirroring) go to the “Recreate Raid Array” section before proceeding with this Recovery procedure
 



USB Recovery procedure
(How to recover your system from crash)

 

With PC switched OFF insert USB recovery Media into the USB Slot – the Blue USB 3.0 Slot is preferred:

 

Power ON the PC and immediately start pressing the “F9” Button repeatedly until the Boot device screen is displayed. Select the “Kingston Data Traveler” using the arrow keys and press Enter:


 

Select “Restore” using the Mouse:
 


 

Click “Next” :
 


 

Browse to the “removable Disk”, Open the backup folder and select the CZ******Folder.

Click Next:
 


 

Select the ENTIRE Internal Hard Disk Drive:
 


 

Select the Local hard Disk to write to and click NEXT:
 


 

Leave settings as they are and click NEXT:
 


 

Select YES and click NEXT:
 


 

Click FINISH :
 


 

Select Shutdown System on Complete :
 


Recreate Raid Array

 

 

 

At POST screen, press CTRLandI together to access the raid configuration utility then
Select Option 2 – Delete Raid 
Volume:
 


 

Select Volume 1 and Press “DEL”:
 


 

Press Yto confirm Delete:

 


 

Select Option 2 – Create Raid Volume
 


 

Select “RAID 1” using the Tab and arrow Keys :
 


 

Select “Create Volume” Using Tab and Press “Enter”
 

Press “Y” To confirm:
 


 

Select Option 6 – Exit - Press Y to confirm Exit:
